Violet ★★★★★

The freight surcharge was clearly itemized with the exact service area code, so I knew exactly what I was covering before confirming checkout. It’s the most straightforward way to handle a delivery fee I’ve seen—no hidden surprises when the truck arrived.

Steven ★★★★★

I wasn’t thrilled about paying extra for shipping, but the surcharge was clearly itemized so I knew exactly what it covered for freight delivery to my rural address. The process was smooth and the package arrived right on time, which made the fee feel worth it.

Penelope B. ★★★★★

The freight surcharge was clearly explained before checkout, so no surprises when the invoice came through. It covered the delivery to Elizabeth properly, and the tracking stayed accurate the whole way. Worth it for the peace of mind on a big shipment.
