DIRECTIONS:

• Use latex gloves if desired. Scoop a small amount into palm, massage a thin layer over entire body in circular motions just prior to competition.
• One application is all you need.
• Be sure not to get any on posing suit.
• Color will not dry so be sure not to put on clothing or it will rub off.
• You can apply Muscle Juice, Show Shine or Hot Stuff over top of color if desired.
• Wipe off after each use with paper towel.
